Possible fire at Otakon

Otakon, the largest east coast anime convention that is currently taking place in Baltimore, MD has just been evacuated due to a possible fire. The entire building has been cleared at orders from the Fire and Police departments, while they get ready to sweep the building. Otakon hopes to be able to re-open and resume the days events as soon as possible.

Update It was an actual fire, but a minor one. Con is opening again, and people are lining up to get back in. Shame for all the panels that were affected!

I was at Otakon, and I believe it was a false alarm, actually.

there was no fire. someone pulled the alarm.
