Skuld is the third and youngest goddess that we are introduced to (Ep 3 OAV, Vol 5 Manga), and she is Belldandy's sister and Urd's half-sister. She uses (warm) water for transportation, and bears an teardrop of sorts on her forehead. Skuld is the system debugger for Yiggdrasil and a genius at creating mechanical inventions and computer work. Skuld is overly fond of 131 Ice Cream (a pun on Baskin Robbins Ice Cream which is known as 31 Ice Cream in Japan) and she hates useless mecha (Urd punishes her by making her build machines that do nothing in manga vol 7)
